Are you meticulous, engaged, and enjoy working in a structured environment? We are looking for a Laboratory Engineer who wants to contribute to high quality and secure processes in our GMP-certified operations.

About the Role

As a laboratory engineer, you will be an important part of our analytical quality control team. Your responsibilities include:

• Chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products
• Compilation and reporting of analysis results
• Investigation and documentation of laboratory deviations and improvement work
• Identification and implementation of continuous improvements

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, and easy to collaborate with
• Has a university degree in chemistry
• Has experience in laboratory work, GMP, and analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, GC-HS, AAS, ATR-IR, titration, etc.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Our facility in Karlskoga is the center of excellence within the group for the manufacture of semi-solids, which includes creams, gels, suppositories, and patches. Our machinery is distributed across 4 preparation lines, 7 filling lines, 3 blister lines, 3 autoclaves, and 8 packaging lines, ranging from fully automated to semi-manual. Our medicines are filled in aluminum and plastic tubes, patches, aluminum and plastic foils, glass ampoules, and plastic syringes. We work with Swedish, Nordic, and European suppliers of equipment and services. Approximately 130 people work here.
